Everything on one floor
with room around it

Laid out so the heavy work, the machines, the conditioning and the cardio each have their own space.

Ten squat stations

The number that changes how a gym feels. Ten full stations means you rarely wait, and never have to build a session around what happens to be free. Each rack has its own bar and plate set, with mirrored bays and dedicated pull-up bars.

It's a proper powerlifting setup, and you get both kinds of plate. Calibrated steel for the heavy work — thin, accurate, so a 20kg plate weighs 20kg rather than 20kg give or take half a kilo. Rubber bumpers alongside them for the platforms and anything you need to drop.

If you're chasing a number, working to percentages or prepping for a meet, you can trust what's on the bar.

  • Ten squat and power stations
  • Calibrated steel plates, true to weight
  • Colour-coded rubber bumpers for the platforms
  • Competition-spec bars, plus trap and specialty bars
  • Built for squat, bench and deadlift
  • Deadlift platforms with mirrored bays
  • Collars, belts and boards on the floor

Dumbbells to 60kg

A complete run in 2.5kg steps, doubled through the busy middle of the rack so there's a matching pair when you need one. Benches sit directly opposite rather than across the room, and the mirrors are there for form, not for show.

  • Full run to 60kg, doubled through mid-range
  • Adjustable and flat benches throughout
  • Kettlebells, medicine balls and dead balls
  • Cable crossovers and functional trainers

Hammer Strength, certified

Belrose is a Hammer Strength Certified Training Centre — the plate-loaded selection is the real thing, not a partial set. Iso-lateral presses, rows, pulldowns and leg work, all with independent arms so your stronger side can't quietly carry the weaker one.

  • Iso-lateral chest, shoulder and incline presses
  • Rows, high rows and pulldowns
  • Leg press, hack squat and belt squat
  • Full pin-loaded range alongside

04 — Functional

A full-length turf lane

Marked blue turf running the length of the floor, kept clear for the work that needs room: sled pushes and drags, loaded carries, rope work, and anything you'd rather not do in a corner. It doubles as the floor for small group and boxing.

  • Marked sled track with push and drag sleds
  • Battle ropes, plyo boxes and bands
  • Heavy bags and boxing equipment
  • Assault bikes, rowers and ski ergs alongside

05 — Cardio

Something to look at

The cardio deck runs along the windows, with planting between the machines and bushland on the other side of the glass. Life Fitness consoles throughout — your own screen, Bluetooth, and somewhere to put your phone that isn't the floor.

  • Life Fitness treadmills with integrated screens
  • Upright, recumbent and studio bikes
  • Cross trainers and stair climbers
  • Concept2 rowers and ski ergs

06 — Women's area

Booty Builder
certified

A separate, fully equipped women's area — not a token corner with two machines in it. Its own floor space, set beside the windows at the quieter end of the club.

The glute equipment is Booty Builder, the brand that specialises in exactly this and nothing else. Loading a hip thrust properly on a bench is awkward and usually means stopping short of what you could actually lift. On a purpose-built machine you can load it, sit into it and push — which is the point.

If glutes are what you're training for, this is where it happens.

  • Booty Builder Certified club
  • Purpose-built hip thrust and glute stations
  • Abduction and adduction machines
  • Power racks
  • Its own dumbbell area and benches
  • Cable and functional training
  • Quieter end of the floor, by the windows
